Ergonomic Assessments
Identify risk factors, determine the level of risk present in a job and provide suggestions to minimize the risk of injury. An ergonomic assessment may be needed for a number of reasons including: a specific job which has a high rate of musculoskeletal disorders, such as a tray line in Food Services, housekeeping tasks or laboratory work; concerns over potential risk factors; new workstation design, including computer workstations; assessing the risks of new equipmentb which has a high rate of musculoskeletal disorders.
