Designed to assist workplace parties to better understand their roles and responsibilities in terms of occupational health and safety and promote the internal responsibility systems. Appropriate for all employees. By the end of the course participants will understand the Internal Responsibility System (IRS), due diligence, the legislative rights and responsibilities of workpace parties and how to maintain a safety culture.
