Book 2 describes the Internal Responsibility System (IRS) and associated responsibilities of workplace parties. Defines the concepts of an IRS and due diligence, and identifies behaviours that promotes an effective IRS, and ways in which workplace parties can demonstrate due diligence. Participants will understand the roles and responsibilities of workplace parties within an IRS. Part of a five education session series that prepares a leader to be a competent supervisor, as defined in the OHSA.
